An overspeeding Toyota Hilux car allegedly belonging to the convoy of the Agbor Monarch has rammed into a building after losing control along palace road, Ime-obi, Agbor, Delta.
According to an eyewitness identified as Eminent Emmanuel Etuokwu, the shocking incident took place on Tuesday afternoon. The number of casualties is yet unknown.
